Before the first burn, you may remove the Black Tourmaline crystal to place by your front door for home protection, or leave it in to watch it anchor the candle's energy. To get the cleanest burn and prevent tunneling, always trim your wick to 1/4" before lighting and allow the wax pool to reach the edges of the jar on your first burn. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
